Payment
I accept Paypal and credit cards directly through checkout.
Custom orders must be paid in full before I can begin work on them.
Shipping
Your jewelry will be shipped First Class Airmail, once payment clears.
- All items are make-to-order, please allow 3-5 business days for items to be shipped after received payment. Thank you.
- International shipping may take from 2-4 weeks, depending on customs. Once it has shipped it is no longer in my hands so shipping times may vary.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you must return your item, please contact me within 5 days of item's receipt, and the item needs to be returned within 7 days with delivery confirmation and preferably in the same gift wrapped box. You may receive a refund (minus shipping costs) or an exchange. I recommend a tracking number with the package for your security.
I do not accept returns on special orders which includes custom orders or orders of large multiples for special occasions, bridesmaids, etc. This is due to the time involved in creating each piece by hand so be sure to order carefully.

Most pieces can be lengthened or shortened to your requirements - please contact me to discuss.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the custom tax on your order/package, please check with your custom regarding the custom/import tax rate before placing the order, thank you.
♥ Please read through the product description carefully before making a purchase. Please be aware that some products contain small parts, and NOT intended for kids under age of 6 because of possible choking hazard. For the safety of the child, please DO NOT give the products contains small parts to kids younger than 6 years old. We will NOT be responsible for the use of the product(s). Thank you.
♥ Jewelry care & cleaning
Please do not wear while sleeping, swimming, bathing, rough play with kids/pets, etc. Clean by polishing with a soft dry cloth after each use. To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, etc. and store in a dry cool environment.
